Where it all began...

Established in November 2014, aim2drive was originally a 'one man band' driving school, solely ran by Richard Bailiff. Following his passion for training, and some persuading from his wife, Jo, Richard decided to embark on his dream and leave his Area Manager role at BP Australia. Our main focus when setting up aim2drive driving school was to stay authentic and build customer trust, which is so important for learners and their families. Therefore, building customer relationships and connecting with the local community was our priority. Richard and Jo (who worked in events and marketing at the time) would get out in the local area, children included and introduce aim2drive. Putting faces to the trusted brand gave that personal touch and demonstrated locals care about locals!

Proving our worth, results are equally as important! Aiming for first time passes, we work extremely hard to maintain above WA's average pass rate. Stepping outside the box, we deliver driving lessons designed to gain effective results. Using our own (personally designed) learning resources and lessons plans we tailor each lesson to each individual.

The first year took us by a storm, books were full, demand was high and the business grew. Now boasting a fleet of cars and 2 more friendly instructors: Kevin (Jo's Dad) and Darren (family friend). Sticking to our key strengths:

  1. Authentic

  2. Constant improvement

  3. High Learning Standards

We grew accordingly and established the trusted brand, aim2drive. Now boasting an office with public access in Gooseberry Hill, we can be even more hands on and accessible to our loyal customer community.
